Pastor Jermaine Reynolds, affectionately known as Pastor J, was born and raised in Orlando, FL. He accepted the call of the Lord at an early age and has been proclaiming the “Good news” of Jesus ever since. At the age of fourteen, he preached his first sermon at the West Livingston Street Church of God (910). He would be given this opportunity many more times and as he continued to seek God and grow in his faith in Christ, Jermaine held positions such as Youth and Christian Education Director for the Orlando District Church of God, Youth Pastor for West Livingston Street Church of God (910), and as a church Elder.

 

Jermaine has served his church and community for many years in various capacities of leadership, and now counts it a privilege and honor to serve as the Senior Pastor of Redeeming Light Center Church. Jermaine’s life can be summed up with one word, “service”. From his days at Maynard Evans High School serving in various organizations, over a decade of service to Frontline Outreach into all of his current endeavors, it’s been all about service. Currently, he works at Every Kid Outreach as the Program Director, where he serves alongside his wife and ministry partner Michelle Reynolds. They both share the same passion for teaching, developing tomorrow’s leaders, and helping people identify and fulfill their purpose in life. In addition to the many hats that he wears, he has a passion for basketball and stays actively involved with this passion through coaching at the annual Michael Jordan “Flight School” camp in California and as the Head Coach of The Geneva School in Orlando.

 

Jermaine’s prayer is that all Gods people (young and old) will be encouraged knowing that God is fully aware of the work we do for His people according to Hebrews 6:10 “For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other believers,as you still do.”
